Filter incoming messages
Filters allow every user to manage and sort incoming messages. Using filters you can automatically forward messages to folders or delete them. Filtering is based on pre-defined keywords, information about sender and receiver, as well as other parameters.
You can filter incoming messages based on four criterias: ”From”, ”To”, ”CC” and ”Subject” of the message. As a result of defined conditions, the filter will automatically implement one of six actions:
- Delete message
- Move message to pre-defined folder
- Reject message with an explanation
- Forward message to another e-mail
- Ignore SPAM settings for this message
- Forward message and save a copy
Please pay attention that You can apply only one filter to one message. You can control the application of the filters and manage the order of the filters by moving them to one point above or below. To remove a filter from the table “Filters”, please choose necessary filter and click “Delete”.
